What is it that makes Physiotherm such a different experience to other heat treatments? 

The answer lays in the delivery of targeted infrared heat to the spine from patented lava-sand filled ceramic heaters. The intensity of the infrared heat is individually adjustable within the cabin to ensure personal comfort is maintained.

The blood within the vessels around the spine is efficiently warmed and circulates through the body gently raising the core temperature. As the ambient air temperature is kept below body temperature.
